What Does the Role Involve?

As a Support Worker, you will:

🔹 Support people with daily living, personal care, and health-related needs

🔹 Help organise and run engaging group activities and trips

🔹 Work alongside a well-established team including Team Leaders, a Cook, a Domestic Cleaner, and fellow Support Workers

🔹 Encourage independence, choice, and joy in everyday moments

🔹 Contribute to a gentle, respectful, and empowering environment
