Bring People Together, Help Rebuild Lives – Join Omagh & Prospects CWS
At Rosewood & Prospects CWS, we deliver therapeutic group support and 1:1 interventions to adults aged 18–65 with a wide range of mental health and addiction recovery needs.
The people we support are working to rebuild confidence, reconnect with their community, and learn how to manage their wellbeing on their own terms—and you’ll be right beside them.
This is a role where you’ll co-create groups, build trust, and support people through highs and lows. No two days look the same—and that’s exactly what makes it so meaningful.
What Makes Omagh & Prospects Special?
We work with almost 100 individuals across two sites, providing everything from personal development and psychoeducation groups to summer outings and social meet-ups. We support our members to build safety, structure, and confidence—with them at the centre of every decision.
Some of the things we support people to do include:
✅ Managing anxiety, living with psychosis, or rebuilding self-esteem
✅ Reconnecting through walking groups, taking part in local community events and plenty of tea and scones
✅ Having their voices heard through bi-monthly members’ meetings
✅ Participating in peer-led groups, co-created sessions, and Inspire’s Ideas Generator
What Does the Role Involve?

🔹 Run and co-facilitate groups based on member needs and interests
🔹 Provide keywork and support planning, including risk management and goal setting.
🔹 Help people build emotional resilience and advocacy skills
🔹 Plan sessions, gather resources, and adapt them based on dynamic group needs
🔹 Get stuck in—whether you’re running a group, having a coffee with the members or leading a trip out
What We Offer:
💡 Full induction, shadowing and reflective support
📈 Ongoing development, including ASIST and suicide intervention training
🧠 A space to grow your creativity, leadership, and therapeutic group skills
🤝 A flexible, supportive team who genuinely care
