Project Worker – Floating Support (Bangor & Lisburn Areas)
📍 Base: Bangor or Lisburn
🚗 Must be able to travel across the South Eastern Trust Area
🕒 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (flexible)
💷 Salary: £13.47 - £14.61 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term (33 months approx.)

At Inspire’s Floating Support service, we help people to stay well and stay housed. Our work takes us out into the community – visiting individuals across the South Eastern Trust area, from Bangor to Ballygowan and from Dromore to Lisburn.
We are currently recruiting a Project Worker to join our team, with flexibility to work across both our Bangor and Lisburn services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, thinking creatively, and making a tangible difference in people’s day-to-day lives.
💛 What’s the role about?
Our Floating Support service works with people aged 18–65 who live with mental ill health and need support to maintain their tenancies. We don’t provide personal care or medication support – instead, we focus on practical, community-based support that helps people stay safe, well, and connected.
