Relief Support Worker - Rossmore Supported Living Service
⏰ Shifts Available: Flexible (as and when required)
💰 Salary: £12.70 per hour

At Rossmore, we support a group of younger women with learning disabilities and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives in a warm and vibrant shared setting. With four bungalows and a close-knit team, this is a service that’s full of energy, laughter, and opportunities—for the people we support and for our staff.
You’ll help people explore the world around them, build confidence and independence, and support them through every part of life—from daily routines to new adventures.

The people we support are independent, sociable, and full of personality. Many are in jobs or placements, and we help them enjoy everything from days out and shopping trips to holidays abroad and weekends away in hotels.
As a Support Worker, you will:
🔹 Support the people we work with to lead their own lives—we follow their lead
🔹 Assist with daily tasks including finances, home routines, medication, and relationships
🔹 Work within a well-established team of Support Workers and Team Leaders
🔹 Provide 1:1 support as needed, with full training and guidance
🔹 Build strong, respectful relationships and help create memorable, rewarding days
