Relief Team Leader – Greenvale
Contract Type: Relief (Shifts As and When Required)
Hourly Rate: £14.91 per hour

At Greenvale, we support 11 women aged 50 to 90 to live meaningful, active lives in a friendly, community-focused home. Many of the people we support have mobility or physical health needs, and we take great pride in providing a warm, engaging, and respectful environment where they are seen, heard, and celebrated.
What Does the Role Involve?
As a Team Leader, you will:
🔹 Assist the Area Manager in the effective management of the scheme
🔹 Lead the shift - managing whatever the day brings and you will have first line management responsibility for staff on shift
🔹 Ensure compliance with RQIA regulations
🔹 Act a key working role to deliver quality services to people with learning disabilities, Autism and complex needs
🔹 Build strong, respectful relationships and help create memorable, rewarding days
