At Inspire, we believe everyone deserves to live a healthy, meaningful life filled with purpose and connection.

🌟 About the Role

You’ll play a key role in day-to-day life at Mulhern Close, where your support makes a real difference. This is a varied, rewarding, and physically active role that involves:

  • Personal care: including showering, bathing, changing, toileting etc
  • Practical care: feeding support, assistance with drinks and medication
  • Daily living: laundry, cleaning, general house maintenance, and completing daily notes
  • Relationship-building: offering emotional support and helping to create a calm, homely environment
  • Behavioural support: engaging in personal safety techniques where required and working in line with individual risk assessments

💪 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for compassionate, resilient individuals who are able to:

  • Work calmly and confidently in a service that may involve incidents of behaviours that challenge
  • Follow agreed support plans and risk assessments to keep everyone safe
  • Provide practical care with warmth, kindness, and dignity
  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with the people we support

You don’t need previous experience, just the right values and a commitment to making a difference.
