Support People to Live Well, Together – Join Moylena & Cedar Court

At Moylena Court and Cedar Court, we provide 24-hour supported living for adults with enduring mental health conditions. Our service is made up of shared living at Moylena Court, where residents enjoy a strong sense of community, and more independent bungalows at Cedar Court, where support is provided flexibly based on individual needs.

This is a role for someone who brings kindness, initiative and a team spirit, and who wants to support people to live independently, with dignity and confidence.

What Makes Moylena & Cedar Special?

Across the two services, we support 22 adults aged 22 to 65, offering everything from practical support with daily living to emotional support, advocacy, and social connection. The people we support are warm, funny and full of character, and the team atmosphere is often described as feeling like a family.

Here, you’ll help people with:

✅ Motivation and daily routines – including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation

✅ Attending appointments and liaising with health professionals

✅ Social activities and group involvement – from art and film groups to coffee and cake outings

✅ Weekend communal meals, key work sessions, and review meetings

Staff are encouraged to bring their own interests into the service too – whether it’s music, walking, games, or crafts.

What Does the Role Involve?

As a Relief Project Worker, you will:

•            Provide medication support, emotional encouragement and advocacy

•            Support daily tasks and routines, both in shared living and more independent spaces

•            Be a reliable, consistent presence for the people we support

You’ll also link in closely with the community mental health team, doctors and other professionals.

What We Offer:

•            A strong, supportive team culture where humour, kindness and respect are central

•            Structured induction and training in mental health and person-centred care

•            Opportunities to develop your skills and confidence in a well-established team

•            A chance to build lasting relationships and be part of something meaningful

Who Thrives Here?

✔ Someone with a good sense of humour, compassion and emotional resilience

✔ A team player who’s also confident working independently

✔ Someone who treats others as they’d want their own family to be treated

✔ A person who’s eager to learn, grow and make a difference every day

Why Join Moylena & Cedar Court?

•            Because you’ll work in a place that feels like home – for the team and the people we support

•            Because you’ll leave work smiling, knowing you’ve made a difference

•            Because the people here will challenge you, teach you, and value you
