Inspire Wellbeing is undergoing an exciting period of digital and operational transformation and we are recruiting a Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead the delivery of a modern, automated and insight‑driven finance function.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you will shape Inspire’s finance transformation programme end‑to‑end, including the procurement and implementation of a new ERP/finance system and the redesign of our finance operating model.

You will play a critical role in streamlining processes, reducing manual effort and embedding digital tools, automation and AI into our day‑to‑day financial operations.
 

🧩 What You’ll Do

As Finance Transformation Project Manager, you will:

Deliver a full finance transformation programme

  • Lead the design and delivery of a modern, efficient and scalable finance operating model. 
  • Reduce manual tasks, simplify processes and embed best‑practice controls. 

Procure & implement a new ERP / Finance System

  • Manage requirements gathering, vendor selection, evaluation and contract award. 
  • Oversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and go‑live.
  • Hold third‑party suppliers and implementation partners accountable for delivery. 

Drive automation, workflow tools & AI adoption

  • Identify and implement opportunities to incorporate automation, workflow and AI across finance processes. 

Lead change management & workforce adoption

  • Deliver communication and training plans to embed new processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Build confidence and capability across the finance team and wider organisation.

Governance, reporting & stakeholder engagement

  • Maintain programme governance, plans, risks and benefits tracking.
  • Provide clear reports to senior leaders and governance forums. 
  • Build trusted relationships across Finance, Digital, HR, Procurement and external partners. 

🎓 About You — Essential Criteria

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree‑level qualification or 5+ years’ successful delivery of financial business and systems transformation.
  • Proven track record delivering business transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders. 
  • Experience procuring and implementing finance systems, with strong vendor and partner management skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams to tight deadlines. 

Skills & Knowledge

  • Deep knowledge of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, budgeting, reporting, controls).
  • Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and communication skills. 
  • Understanding of automation, workflow tools and emerging AI within finance. 

Role Requirements

  • Flexibility as the role may involve working across multiple locations.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car (reasonable adjustments considered).
