About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Project Worker to join our team and deliver strengths-based, recovery-focused support that empowers individuals to live well and thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will:

  • Develop trusting and therapeutic relationships with service users
  • Support wellbeing and safety management plans
  • Assist with daily living skills including budgeting, cooking and home management
  • Support tenancy sustainment and independent living
  • Facilitate therapeutic and group activities
  • Promote social inclusion, positive health and recovery
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to team communication
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary partners

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must meet one of the following:

  • QCF/NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a related subject plus 6 months paid experience supporting people within a health and social care setting

OR

  • Minimum 12 months paid experience supporting people within a health and social care setting

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proven experience motivating, supporting and mentoring service users
  • Experience maintaining service user and agency records
  • Working knowledge of IT systems

Circumstances

Flexibility to work across a rota including early, late, weekend and night cover shifts
