About the Service
Millburn Close is a 24-hour supported living service for adults with complex and enduring mental health needs. Based in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Knockbracken Healthcare Park, the service includes a mix of self-contained flats and bungalows for 26 individuals, along with shared communal areas, activity spaces, and a team office.
Our aim is to support each individual to live independently and with dignity, while providing person-centred assistance around their recovery, social inclusion, and emotional wellbeing.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Worker at Millburn, your days will be meaningful and diverse. You’ll work as part of a supportive team delivering personalised support to people living in their own homes within the service. You’ll:

Who We Support
We support adults aged between 18 and 76, living with complex mental health conditions including psychosis, depression, and substance use. Each person is unique and is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
The people we support value independence, friendship, structure, and being part of a community. Our team is there to help enable all of this - and more.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous experience in mental health services, but you do need to bring the right values. We’re looking for someone who is:
