The Vacancy
At Inspire Wellbeing, we support people with learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives. We are looking for a Cook to provide high-quality, nutritious meals within one of our schemes.
Location: Greenvale, Belfast
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: 12 per week
The Role
You will:
Plan and prepare balanced meals (including special diets)
Order food and manage kitchen supplies
Maintain high standards of hygiene and health & safety
Work independently to run the kitchen effectively
Build positive relationships with service users
Flexibility is required, with the possibility of weekend working.
Essential Criteria
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent)
Experience maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Experience planning menus and ordering supplies
Ability to work independently
