About the Service – Peter’s Hill

We are currently recruiting Team Leaders to join our established service at Peter’s Hill, Belfast.

Peter’s Hill supports adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. The service comprises thirteen single‑occupancy apartments within a warm, vibrant shared setting, with person‑centred support at its core.

As a Team Leader, you’ll have a key role in helping people to grow, thrive and explore the world, while leading and motivating a staff team to deliver high‑quality, compassionate support.

Role Overview

Lead and support staff to deliver safe, person‑centred care for adults with complex needs
Build positive, trusting relationships that promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
Oversee care and support plans, risk management and positive behaviour support
Work collaboratively with families, statutory services and external partners
Provide values‑led leadership through supervision, rota oversight and team development
Work flexibly on a rota including evenings, weekends and sleepovers
