💼 About the Role – Team Leader (Day Shift)

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of person-centred care for individuals with complex needs
  • Build trusting relationships and create a safe, supportive environment
  • Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and oversee care plans and risk assessments
  • Support individuals with daily living, independence, and community involvement
  • Work closely with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external agencies
  • Lead shifts, coordinate staff, and maintain high standards of care and compliance
  • Support, mentor, and develop staff while promoting a positive team culture
  • Ensure effective communication, record-keeping, and participation in reviews
  • Contribute to the smooth running and ongoing improvement of the service
