Support People to Live Life Their Way – Join the Team at Jean Todd Close

At Jean Todd Close (JTC), we provide 24/7 supported living for adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex needs, including mental health support requirements and behaviours that challenge.

This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, develop a wide range of skills, and make a genuine difference in the everyday lives of the people we support.

Why Jean Todd Close?

Located in Antrim, JTC consists of four shared flats, two double bungalows, and seven individual homes. It’s a calm, community-focused setting where individuals have chosen to live and thrive, supported by a long-standing, welcoming team.

Working at JTC means you’re based in one location — no travelling between services — giving you more time to connect and provide high-quality, person-centred support.
