 Operations Manager ROI

Inspire Wellbeing is seeking an Operations Manager ROI to join our Intellectual Disability & Autism Services, supporting residential services across Co. Kildare and Co. Meath.

This is a rewarding leadership opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our services are safe, well-run, and truly person-centred. You will work closely with local management teams to support high-quality care, strong operational delivery, and positive outcomes for the people we support.

What You’ll Do

As a Operations Manager ROI, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operational running of residential services, ensuring environments are safe, clean, and well organised
  • Oversee facilities, maintenance, and logistical coordination across services
  • Provide leadership and support to ancillary staff teams (including domestic, maintenance and general operatives)
  • Work collaboratively with Persons in Charge (PICs), the Assistant Director and wider teams
  • Support audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, safeguarding, and risk awareness
  • Ensure high standards of record-keeping, reporting, and service administration
  • Champion person-centred practice, dignity, and respect in all aspects of service delivery
  • Support the development, supervision, and performance of staff
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and external partners

 

What You’ll Bring

To be shortlisted, you’ll need:

  • A qualification in Business Management, Administration and/or Leadership (QQI Level 6 or above or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Experience in service administration, including: Record keeping; Staff scheduling; Budget or resource oversight; Operational reporting
  • Experience participating in audits, quality reviews, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Flexibility to work across service needs
