The Vacancy
🏠 Project Worker – Filor Court / Conway Walk (Non 24hr Supported Housing)
📍 Location: Belfast
🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday (37 hours/week, no weekends or bank holidays)
💰 Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Help People Live Independently, with Dignity and Purpose
Filor Court and Conway Walk provide supported housing for adults living with mental ill health, and addiction. With 41 self-contained flats and a culturally diverse team and resident community, this is a vibrant, complex, and rewarding service to work in.
You’ll play a central role in supporting individuals to live independently, make empowered decisions, and take pride in their own space and life goals.
🧩 About the Role
This isn’t your typical 9–5. Here’s what a week might involve:
There’s no personal care or medication administration - your role is to empower, advocate, and support people in building fulfilling lives.
