Manager of Mental Health & Addiction Services
Location: Shiels Court, Ballymoney
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £36,490.17 - £42,925.61
At Inspire, we work alongside people living with mental ill health, addiction and associated challenges, supporting recovery, resilience and wellbeing. We are now seeking a Manager of Mental Health & Addiction Services to lead and develop high-quality, recovery-focused services that make a real and lasting difference.
This is a key leadership role where you will work closely with the Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective and person-centred delivery of services, while driving innovation, performance and positive outcomes for the people we support.
About the Role
As Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for a portfolio of Mental Health & Addiction Services. You will provide strong leadership and direction to teams, ensuring services are compliant, effective and aligned with Inspire’s values.
You will play an important role in shaping service delivery, supporting staff, building relationships with stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing development and growth of services.

To be shortlisted candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

Qualifications
AND A minimum of 4 years experience, working in a health and social care setting with demonstrated experience of managing a range of complex mental health needs In people who use are services. At least 2 years of this experience must be in a relevant operational management capacity, which must include the supervision of staff/volunteers and financial management.
OR
AND a minimum of 5 years experience in a health and social care setting with demonstrated experience of managing a range of complex mental health needs in people who use our services. This must include at least 2 years relevant experience in an operational management capacity to include supervision of staff/volunteers and financial management.
Experience
Shortlisting will be based on the evidence that you supply on your application form to satisfactorily demonstrate how, and to what extent, you meet the above criteria.
