🧠 About New Haven
New Haven is a warm, homely 24-hour supported living service based in a shared house in Cookstown. We support five adults aged 18-60 who are living with complex mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and high-functioning autism.
Our role is to help residents develop daily living skills, build healthy routines and relationships, and grow their confidence to live as independently as possible within the community. Referrals come from the Community Mental Health Team and local hospitals, and each resident receives person-centred support tailored to their needs.
🔄 What Will You Be Doing?
As a Project Worker, you’ll be a key part of a small, supportive team, delivering a varied day-to-day experience that includes:
Every day is different. You’ll follow a daily task sheet, complete handovers, help with health and safety checks, and most importantly, build trusted relationships with the people you support.
