HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will provide a confidential, professional and effective HR business partnering service, supporting managers and employees across a wide range of people management and employee relations matters. As a key member of the HR Department, the postholder will help deliver a modern, innovative, high-quality and responsive HR service that supports organisational objectives.

 

🧠 What You’ll Bring

To be shortlisted, you’ll need:

✅ Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Human Resources or business-related discipline, or a recognised professional Human Resources qualification at a minimum of level 5 AND 2 years’ generalist HR experience or 3 years’ generalist HR experience

✅ Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

✅ Experience of providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes.

✅ Demonstrable experience in the management of complex disciplinary and grievance cases which is compliant with current NI/ROI Employment Legislation and Codes of Practices

✅ Proven experience of developing strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders on HR strategies.

✅ A full current driving licence and access to a car (or reasonable adjustments where applicable)

✅ Flexibility to work across various locations.
