Hours: As and when required, including days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights

As a Relief Project Worker, you will play an important role in supporting people living with mental ill health to achieve their goals and live meaningful lives. Every shift is an opportunity to make a positive difference by offering practical support, encouragement and compassion.

 

🎥 What You'll Be Doing?

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will:

  • Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs and goals.
  • Support people with daily living activities including budgeting, shopping, meal preparation and maintaining their home.
  • Encourage participation in social, recreational and community-based activities.
  • Support service users to manage their wellbeing and maintain their tenancy.
  • Assist with medication support in line with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Build positive relationships that promote recovery, independence and inclusion.
  • Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.
