Senior Project Worker
H10 Enterprise Court – Supported Living

Salary: £32,708.00 – £35,016.00 (Permanent, Full-Time)
Enterprise Court, House 10 is an innovative high-intensity supported living service for adults with severe and enduring mental ill health and complex rehabilitation needs. Opened in December 2022, the service supports people moving from long-stay hospital settings into a safe, structured and hopeful community environment, with a strong focus on recovery, independence and quality of life.
About The Service -
House 10 provides 24-hour support for six adults in a psychologically safe, therapeutic and recovery-focused environment. The service is designed for people with mental health needs, and offers intensive support with daily living, rehabilitation and meaningful activity. The team includes an on-site Occupational Therapist and staff who use positive behaviour support, reflective practice and creative, person-centred approaches to build safety, trust and progress.
The Role - Senior Project Worker (Supported Living)
This is a senior practitioner role within a regulated supported living service at H10 Enterprise Court. The Senior Project Worker assists the Manager and Deputy Manager in the effective and efficient management of the service, ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements are implemented, resources are managed responsibly and high-quality recovery-focused care is delivered �.
This role combines direct practice, leadership in care delivery and delegated management responsibility.
