Inspire is seeking compassionate and motivated Relief Hoarding Support Project Workers to support the delivery of our innovative Thriving Spaces service. Working in partnership with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, this role helps individuals affected by hoarding behaviours to create safer, healthier living environments while improving their wellbeing and independence.

Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based and recovery-focused approach, you will work directly with service users in their homes, helping them understand and manage hoarding tendencies through a combination of practical support and therapeutic interventions.

What you'll do

Build positive, trusting relationships with service users.
Support individuals to reduce clutter and maintain safe living spaces.
Promote mental health, wellbeing, independence and social inclusion.
Assist with home management, organisation and daily living skills.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
