This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults experiencing mental health challenges and addiction-related issues, helping them achieve positive outcomes through a strengths-based, person-centred approach.

As a Relief Nightshift Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive and recovery-focused environment where Service Users can develop the skills, resilience and confidence to lead fulfilling lives. You will assist the team in providing the highest possible standard of support by actively promoting and implementing recovery through a strengths-based, person-centred approach.
